Max

Max is a sweet and gentle 7-year-old terrier mix who absolutely loves attention and belly rubs. He came to us from a local overcrowded shelter and, despite facing some tough challenges, has shown incredible resilience and a heart full of love.

When Max first arrived, he was suffering from a severe ear infection that sadly went untreated for too long. Although surgery helped clear the infection, the damage had already been done—Max is now deaf. He also has cataracts that significantly limit his vision.

Because of this, Max needs a calm, predictable environment. He would do best in a home without children or other pets, where he can feel safe and secure without being startled. With patience, love, and a gentle touch, Max will thrive and be a devoted companion.

Max is neutered, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on all his vaccines. He’s ready for a quiet, loving forever home where he can finally feel safe and cherished.
